Since the environmental impact assessment regulations were effected in Ireland, we have managed the preparation and production of numerous environmental impact statements. The following are six recent ones we have produced.

A residential development of 726 dwelling units on a circa 29.5 hectares site at Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 for Shannon Homes (Dublin) Limited and Fingal County Council. A business and technology park on a circa 80 hectares site at Letterkenny, Co. Donegal for the Industrial Development Agency of Ireland.

An integrated recreational and tourism complex including hotel, leisure centre, bowling green, 18-hole golf course and 50 dwelling units on a 117.8 hectares site at Roganstown, Swords, Co. Dublin for Joseph and Denise McLoughlin.


A residential development of 812 dwellings on a 37.25 hectares site at Browneshill, Tullow Road, Carlow for John McLoughlin.


A residential development consisting of 40 duplex apartments and 92 houses in a two and three storey development on a 8.8 acres site at Ballywaltrim Grove, Killarney Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow for McInerney Construction Ltd.
